Internet Explorer 7 ALT Key Bug

Hi y'all!

This is really annoyng: whenever I press the ALT key while the address bar has focus, the menu bar starts to blink and sometimes there's no way of stopping that except for killing the program from the Task Manager.

Fix the Internet Explorer 7 (and other Windows Applications) random menus opening and closing problem:

To work around this problem, disable the On-Screen Keyboard component of the Handwriting Recognition Service:
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Regional and Language Options.
Click the Languages tab.
Click the Details button.
Under Handwriting Recognition select On-Screen Standard Keyboard.
Click Remove.
Under Handwriting Recognition select On-Screen Symbol Keyboard.
Click Remove.
Click OK twice to save and exit changes.
Restart Internet Explorer 7.
