Outlook 2007 email signature can be easily edited and customized with any html editor software.
The location of the signature is different in VISTA. in Windows XP it was on:
Drive:\Documents & settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
where Drive: is in most of the cases C:\ and <user name> is the account name (John, Mike etc)
and in VISTA is here:
Drive:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures
where Drive: is in most of the cases C:\ and <user name> is the account name (John, Mike etc)

Recently asked so here it is:

.pst file location on Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\User_id\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

User_id = your username

.pst file location on Windows VISTA

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outloo k\

If your Outlook is still functional then here is a much easier way of finding the .pst file:

In Outlook, with the Folder View, right click on Personal Folders, Properties, Advanced button. It will show the location and name of the file.
