Migrating Office from Windows to Mac

I am moving from Windows to Mac as I find it easier for my daily tasks and needs. Unfortunately I find very difficult losing the huge amount of emails I have on my Outlook 2007 on Windows. Is there a way of moving them to my Mac Leopard on Office 2008?

I have the same problem. I have been asking on a lot of forums already but it looks like nobody knows. I have asked Apple support but they have no answer either...
