View Full Version : Antivirus Uninstaller - make sure you uninstall your previous antivirus!

Running two antivirus products on the same computer can cause system instability and degraded performance. It is very important that any previously installed antivirus software is uninstalled from your system before proceeding with the installation of your new security product.

As a typical uninstall performed using the Windows removal tool (Add/Remove Programs) is often insufficient, we have provided the recommended removal tools* for several other manufacturers of antivirus software. For your convenience, these removal tools can be downloaded directly from the following sites:

1) Click the link associated with the antivirus software which is currently installed on your system. Follow the prompts which are detailed on their web sites.
2) After this process completes, you will need to restart your computer. You may then proceed with your the installation of your new antivirus.
