Problem: when there are a number of programs/files opened at once on the task bar windows wont switch to view them without minummise them or closing them. when you click them with mouse they apear but when you move the mouse on to the itam it goes back to the taskbar.
sorry not sure how to get screen shot.
i think it might be a problem with mouse set up also in Outlook the drop down menu for the files in the address bar (messages view pain )does the same thing?

problem
for instance when a new window is opened in a minimized view it can not be clicked on to without first closing or minimizing other opened windows,
when the curse is moved on to the minimized window the window closes back to the task bar at the bottom of the screen this happens in all programs
also the drop down menus have a similar problem when curse is placed over them.

this is not a normal behaviour and in most of the cases is the result of a tweaking program installed and improperly used on your operating system.

please check the "add remove programs" section on your windows os, see if there are any entries called "tweak windows, windows tweaker, tweak os, tweaking 2008, or anything like that)

If any, run the found program, and restore the os or, find the button called restore registry to default in order to restore the tweaked registry back to normal, restart the computer and see if the problem is fixed.
it works in 99% of the cases.
