Problem:
The active local area connection displays "Unidentified network" and there is no internet access on startup or after restart.
The problem disappears after disabling and re-enabling the affected network adapter.
Windows 7 Resolution:
To open the Services console press the Windows Key + R and type:
services.msc
To delay the start of the Bonjour service ##Id_String1.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762# #
double click the name in the list, click the Stop button and choose for Startup type: Automatic (Delayed Start).
If the problem persists the only solution is to disable the service completely.
