Default Problems with trojans SHeur.CCXR and Adload_r.AQ

This is my first post here, so I hope I am doing this correctly.

I recently got hit with the trojan SHeur.CCXR, and then I got infected with JS/Downloader.Agent and Adload_r.AQ.

I removed the first 2 trojans, but I can't get rid of Adload_r.AQ with the free AVG. Someone said I should use the SDFix. I did not see anything about Adload_r.AQ on the SDFix page. Should I go ahead and use SDFix?

I really appreciate your help.............Phil
