VirusResponse Lab 2009, also known as Virus Response Lab 2009 and VirusResponse Lab 2009 2.1, is a rogue anti-spyware program and clone of Antivirus Lab 2009. VirusResponse Lab 2009 may be installed in your computer system by Trojan Zlob which may have come bundled in a fake video codec download. Once Zlob is installed, you'll receive an exaggerated amount of fake popups and warning notifications stating that your computer system is infected with spyware. In order to get rid of the imaginary threats, you'll be urged to purchase VirusResponse Lab 2009's "licensed" program from a malicious website.
Furthermore, VirusResponse Lab 2009 is able to emulate a computer system scan and generate fake scan results to make you believe your system is flooded with spyware. All links provided by VirusResponse Lab 2009 may redirect you to VirusResponse Lab 2009's website or other malicious websites that sell VirusResponse Lab 2009's "licensed" program as a legitimate software.
