Hi All,
I wanted to join when I saw a reference to "itezy", also known as "itstrong"! Someone on your site said they were good??

They appear to be a very well known scam, particularly "itezy" in Australia and been a problem in UK for a few months. They sadly got me a couple of days ago pretending to be from "Microsoft". Microsoft have absolutely NO connection with them.

They got £69.99 from me and had access to my computer.

If there are any, long term, satisfied customers out there, please reply.

Since writing this, I have checked with Microsoft, who assured me that they could not have accessed documents or private information from my computer when they had control as I was watching the screen all the time and hence saw all that they did. Also, I cannot find any reports of them committing fraud, just seeming to be from Microsoft, which they admit, they are not, some people say they are happy with them.

As to whether my computer runs any better now, I don't know as it has only had light use since.

I was having quite big problems, and maybe still am, so I will stay with them for the time being and accept their help.
